A central "Data & AI Program" has been established to coordinate, drive & support multitude of AI Initiatives. One of the key areas is engaging with several partners, internal and external to Siemens, on a variety of topics across technology, strategy and products.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to be part of this critical program and take on the role of Partner Engagement reporting to the Global AI Program Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

This is a cross-segment AI Program level role, requiring extreme collaborative engagement across all the DI SW Segments & Product Lines, broader Siemens Business, 3rd party partners, and other functions.

This role requires an experienced & seasoned individual who possesses a strong blend of Product & Technology knowledge, relationship management & communication skills to focus and achieve the following

- Focal point for engagements with Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, others) for the AI Program

• Represent and track business & technical needs on strategic adoption of hyperscaler services of interest, gathered collaboratively across the business lines
• Drive joint workstreams on specific topics, including some from corporate and strategic partnerships
• Align & collaborate with DI SW Global Partner Ecosystem team representatives for the hyperscalers
• Responsible for regular reporting of various partnership topics to leadership

- Focal point on Siemens corporate Data & AI Initiative for the AI Program

• Drive collection, representation, engagement and tracking of DI SW use cases represented in the corporate initiative
• Drive collection, representation & tracking of Technology & Services needed for the DI SW use cases, with the Siemens organizations chartered to provide these services
• Coordinate collecting information on the types of Data needed for model training to enable various DI SW use cases. Represent this data need for acquisition from internal Siemens sources
• Represent the AI Program and the model training data needs in Customers Data acquisition initiatives
• Support & Track development of New Product Introduction process for AI product offerings
• Responsible for regular reporting of various topics to leadership

• Support engagement and evaluations, as needed, with 3rd party Data & AI vendors
• Stay on top of dynamically changing Competitive & Market dynamics, & apply insights to the partner interactions

Skills & Abilities Required:

• Strong background in both business and technical roles
• Able to optimally connect with internal & external partners, and senior management
• Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, and interaction skills
• Ability to work autonomously on multiple highly sophisticated projects simultaneously

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of relevant & demonstratable work experience in Technical Engagement with Partners
• 10+ years of enterprise software & technology experience
• 5+ years Cross Organization engagement & Ability to interface on varying technical & business topics
• Ability to proactively identify upcoming risks, issues, and bottlenecks and resolve issues that sometimes cross departmental boundaries

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

• Understanding of evolving AI technologies - Generative, LLMs, RAG, Agents, Agent Frameworks
• Understanding and experience of modern enterprise data & integration architectural patterns
• Deep industrial knowledge and experience in one or more sectors; Enterprise / IT, PLM, OT
