Baseline Requirements:

* Decode Trends: Research industrial mega trends and customer pain points to uncover critical insights.
* Quantify Impact: Build compelling business cases for digital initiatives, showing value in financials, operations, and employee satisfaction.
* Strategize & Design: Identify key areas for digital intervention (think AI, IoT, digital twins!) and contribute to early-stage solution concepts.
* Communicate Vision: Craft powerful presentations to share your findings and strategies with key stakeholders.
* Collaborate: Work alongside experts across sales, product, and consulting teams.
Who We're Looking For:
* Student: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related tech field. MBA would be a plus.
* Analytical Powerhouse: You love data, solving complex problems, and finding the "why" behind the numbers.
* Digital Enthusiast: Passionate about industrial technology, digital transformation, and its real-world application.
* Data Tools Pro: Comfortable with analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau; Python/R is a huge plus!).
* Clear Communicator: Can articulate complex ideas simply and persuasively.
* Proactive & Collaborative: A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic team environment

The hourly range for this position is $34.00 to $50.00. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
