As the lead product manager for Siemens One Software Engineering System, you will play a pivotal role in the redefining how software is built at Siemens to accelerate our transformation to One Technology Company. We are looking for a leader with deep domain expertise, and technical skills, to create and evangelize our software delivery strategy.
Responsibilities
- · Owns the product roadmap, making data-driven decisions to guide short-term execution and long-term innovation.
- · Ensure that the Siemens developer toolchain is strategically positioned to deliver on product strategy
- · Lead a cross functional team of Product Managers and UX designers
- · Define KPIs to measure developer productivity and guide internal platform development
- · Communicates developer tooling strategy to software engineering community, leadership and external stakeholders
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
- · BA in computer science, information systems, or related field.
- · At least 10 years’ experience working as a software engineer
- · Deep understanding of software development lifecycle workflows and technologies.
- · Extensive experience building AI driven developer tools
- · Experience contributing to open-source projects and communities in the developer tooling space
- · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The pay range for this position is 212,400 - 382,400 annually with a target incentive of 25-35 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
