The Technical Solutions Marketing team builds technical credibility for Mendix through compelling technical narratives, reusable proof points, and real-world solution definition. In this role, you will work across customers, field teams, Product, and GTM to shape high-value AI, automation, and integration opportunities into clear solution approaches that can be communicated, demonstrated, and scaled.

This role combines Mendix platform expertise, strong solution framing, and high-stakes technical storytelling. You will help define requirements, manage scope, lead strategic workshops and demo moments, and turn complex capabilities into narratives and assets that make the Mendix story credible in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery, scoping, and solution definition for strategic AI, automation, and integration opportunities
• Translate customer and field requirements into clear solution approaches, success criteria, and realistic delivery scope
• Design and deliver high-stakes demos, workshops, executive briefings, and technical deep dives that communicate complex capabilities with clarity and credibility
• Craft strong technical narratives that connect Mendix capabilities to business value, especially in AI-enabled and agentic enterprise scenarios
• Create reusable assets such as demo stories, workshop frameworks, solution briefs, reference patterns, and technical messaging inputs for GTM and field teams
• Partner across Product, PMM, GTM, and Services to ensure technical storytelling is grounded in real platform capability and customer need
• Contribute to AI-oriented solution patterns, especially where agents, automation, data, integrations, and human workflows intersect

Qualifications:

• Deep Mendix expertise (Expert Certification preferred) and the ability to apply platform knowledge in customer, field, and GTM contexts
• Proven ability to craft and deliver complex technical narratives for high-stakes environments, including executive demos, strategic workshops, and analyst or field-facing moments
• Strong experience translating business problems into structured requirements, scoped solution approaches, and credible technical recommendations
• Practical understanding of AI-enabled solution design, including LLMs, agents, automation, data, and integration patterns
• Strong grasp of enterprise architecture concepts, integration patterns, and the realities of delivering scalable, governed solutions
• Ability to make complex technical ideas understandable and persuasive for a range of audiences, from practitioners to senior stakeholders

• Strategic opportunities are better defined, better scoped, and easier for the field and customers to act on
• High-stakes demos, workshops, and technical narratives consistently increase credibility for Mendix in AI, automation, and integration conversations
• Reusable assets and solution patterns help GTM, Services, and the field tell a stronger, more consistent technical story
• Product and PMM benefit from a stronger feedback loop informed by real customer requirements, market conversations, and demo-driven proof points

Our Benefits & Rewards

The salary range for this position is €81,800 to €110,500 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
