Position Overview

As a Solution Architect, you'll work with teams managing complex engineering workflows and implementing systems that actually solve real problems. You'll understand how design processes work in practice—not in theory—and help organizations work more effectively with PLM solutions. Your success means customers get their systems working the way they need them to, delivering measurable impact on their product development efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement PLM (Teamcenter) solutions using proven methodologies, translating practical challenges into working systems within live environments
• Collaborate with teams to transform your knowledge of design processes into practical PLM implementations that deliver real results
• Partner with Program Managers, Project Managers, and other architects to ensure PLM solutions integrate seamlessly into broader business operations
• Document lessons learned from customer engagements and team experiences, driving continuous organizational improvement
• Support pilot projects by testing proposed solutions, identifying adjustments needed, and communicating findings clearly to stakeholders
• Mentor team members through technical challenges, sharing insights from your project experience

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in naval engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with PLM solutions, ideally Teamcenter, with concrete examples from real projects
• Background in consulting or implementing product development processes, with documented project delivery
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and actively listen to customer needs
• Proven track record of delivering results on schedule and to specification, with strong decision-making in uncertain situations
• Willingness to travel when projects require it

Language Requirements - Two Profiles:

Profile 1: Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak

Profile 2: Fluent in English (additional language skills are an asset)

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with digital manufacturing or advanced PLM approaches
• Experience in customer-facing implementation roles

Our Benefits & Rewards

The primary locations for this opportunity are Czech Republic and Hungary. The applicable salary ranges for these locations are:

Min 1,502,800 CZK - Max 2,855,900 CZK (Czech Republic)

Min 14,453,200 HUF - Max 28,906,300 HUF (Hungary)

This role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
