Position Overview:
Join our CRM technology team as a Salesforce Software Engineer and drive digital transformation across Siemens Digital Industries Software. You'll develop, deploy, and integrate business systems and applications that empower users and functional teams to execute their daily tasks efficiently and effectively. Working closely with the CRM team, product owners, and business stakeholders, you'll design and implement Salesforce solutions that improve business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver measurable value to both internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and collaborate with the CRM team and product owners to understand requirements and document solutions in the form of user stories
- Develop, deploy, and integrate business systems and applications that empower users, knowledge workers, and functional teams to execute daily tasks efficiently with minimal IT support
- Identify, support, and implement CRM applications and programs across the business to ensure consistent and reliable execution of business processes
- Continuously improve system performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness by optimizing operations, reducing costs, and enhancing benefits while maintaining required functionality
- Collaborate with CRM team members, DI SW business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and external CRM vendors and service providers
- Report directly to the Sr. IT Manager, CRM Salesforce, and maintain strong working relationships with technical and business partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with at least a Very Good grade
- Proven experience in Salesforce development
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment using sprints to deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
- Experience with DevOps and automated testing tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Copado, or Jenkins
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with web technologies, relational databases (including SQL), and object-oriented programming, specifically Apex
- Strong business process improvement skills, including process mapping, problem identification, and application of best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly
Preferred:
- Salesforce Developer Certification
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
- Understanding of business data management and modeling
- Strong leadership, planning, and execution skills
- Ability and willingness to work in a collaborative environment that supports business needs

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $23,900 to $47,800 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
