Your Mission
Lead, inspire, and empower a national territory software sales team to achieve market growth and deliver value that goes beyond numbers — value that strengthens relationships, accelerates innovation, and contributes to a sustainable future.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a national software sales team, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and shared success.
* Define and execute strategies aligned with customer needs, market dynamics, and our vision for long-term, sustainable growth.
* Ensure financial goals are met while prioritizing customer value, team well-being, and ethical business practices.
* Champion a customer-first mindset, making sure every interaction creates tangible value for our clients.
* Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Outcomes, Customer Success and Partners to deliver integrated go-to-market initiatives.
* Promote a learning culture within the sales team — encouraging experimentation, feedback, and skills growth.
* Maintain a high level of market intelligence to anticipate changes, address risks proactively, and leverage opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience leading enterprise software sales teams (SaaS, PLM, CAD, CAE, or related solutions).
* Strong track record of delivering ambitious results in complex B2B environments.
* A leadership style rooted in empathy, clarity, and the ability to inspire.
* Advanced/Fluent English for frequent interaction with international teams and headquarters.
