Position Overview

Join our team now as "Product Manager and Solution Architect Manager (m/f/d)" in Munich, Germany.

Supervise a solution architect team responsible for enabling customers to evaluate and adopt Shift Left Software (SLS) products. These products focus on early software development on virtual processor platforms and enabling the implementation and simulation of complex system level digital twins.  These products are sold for stand-alone use and are also integrated with RTL emulation and prototyping hardware platforms.

The role also includes product management of the digital twin modeling and simulation product within the SLS portfolio.

Responsibilities

Solution Architect Manager

• Working with the DISW EDA Sales and PL Sales teams to support customer prospect engagements with technical and market expertise
• Creation and presentation of customer presentations
• Discussions with customers and technical sales personnel (AE's, ATM's,…) about configuring and demonstrating our products to align with customer needs
• Creation of demonstrations, for customer meetings, evaluation and industry trade shows
• Participations at industry trade shows to demonstrate SLS products and engage in discussions with potential or existing customers
• Oversight of the SLS Partner Program, including onboarding of partners, enabling them with access to SLS products, training and technical assistance to allow integration of their products and services to the SLS products.
• Recruiting and screening of appropriate partners
• Aligning outbound messaging with partners
• Marketing activities with partners to promote joint solutions

Product Management

• Defining the strategy and roadmap for the digital twin modeling product
• Delivering clear product requirements to the engineering team and collaborating with them to ensure alignment and execution
• Lead the development of product value messaging for all targeted mediums, including for a website, app notes, sales team collateral, …
• Lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy for this product
• Work with corporate marketing, product managers, sales and business development teams to ensure key messages are aligned and executed
• Monitor market trends and competitor's positioning and communication strategies
• Proactively coordinate marketing efforts with partners
• Present the product roadmap, values and vision to customers, editors and analysts
• Domestic and international travel

Qualifications:

• Advanced Technical Degree
• 7+ years of experience in Cloud, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, EDA tools, emulation and embedded software
• Industry experience
• Digital twin development and deployment
• AI development and deployment
• RTL and embedded software
• Direct experience in and knowledge of the automotive market, preferably at an OEM or a Tier-1 supplier
• Strong written and verbal communications
• Excellent organizational and influencing skills

The salary range for this position is €117,600 to €205,900 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation.
