We are looking for an Associate Release Manager to join our STS team in Cairo, Egypt.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with the DI SW Lifecycle (Q-Gate) release criteria (M280/M310).
* Oversee overall release status and schedule, identify gaps and overlaps, manage dependencies, raise risks, and help resolve blockers.
* Coordinate releases by holding release meetings with key stakeholders to align on release readiness and criteria status.
* Act as the single source of truth for all questions related to release status.
* Complete and administer the Q-Gate scorecard, including collecting required input and evidence, validating criteria fulfillment, and obtaining necessary approvals.
* Facilitate compliance with Q-Gate and SaaS readiness standards.
* Ensure compliance with corporate and STS release processes, policies, and release publication requirements.
* Enforce STS and corporate release processes and provide guidance and support to product teams.
* Manage release registration and configuration in business systems, including licensing, publication options, Support Center entitlements and hierarchy.
* Support rollout activities, including pre-production and production testing and validation of release packages and documentation.
* Manage release publication to the Support Center / Siemens Software Center.
* Perform troubleshooting and release maintenance activities.
* Manage pre-release registration and delivery.
* Coordinate internal and external release notifications.
* Consolidate and streamline the STS segment release process based on best practices and feedback.
* Support cross-product initiatives, including RISE, SALT, cloud-based documentation, and PLM X schedule alignment.
