Job Title: Senior Applications Engineer [MULTIPLE POSITIONS] Job Location: Longmont, CO Job Type: Full Time Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Longmont, CO is $145,787-232,200 per year and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: Spearheading adoption of corporate software products by executing both pre-sale and post-sale technical support activities; Preparing product specifications for development and installation of customized applications/solutions; Developing and delivering software demonstrations and technical presentations; Presenting software solutions at conferences and technical forums to increase awareness of products and to generate leads; Performing benchmark evaluations for customers; Providing onsite support during enablement, integration and deployment of software products when issues arise; Working with area sales management, account teams, and customers to understand business opportunities; Contributing to technical sales plans and communicating with peers and field technical management on progress and account status; Providing pre-sale technical support in sales presentations and product demonstrations; Working with marketing and product managers to define new products and to provide insight from the field; and establishing strategies to broaden target applications for software products.; Advise customers on best practices for physical verification and extraction on today’s leading edge technology designs (28nm through 3nm FinFET). Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or in a related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires at least 3 years of experience in the following skills: DRC, LVS, DFM, PERC IC Physical Verification software; DFM methodologies and related design flows; Parasitic extraction tools ; Unix or Linux OS; Scripting or C programming; SVRF/TVF/TCl; Work with Design automation; Multi-processor Calibre job submission in LSF, Grid or similar batch job management software. 15% domestic travel is required. 50% telecommuting is permitted within commutable distance.
