Join our Cash and Intercompany Management team as Senior Accountant (m/f/d) with responsibility for Intercompany Clearing and Accounting activities within Digital Industry Software.

What role will you play?

  • You will be part of an international team that acts as the central point of contact for the intercompany accounting and invoicing (ICC) and you will drive the correct execution of this process and serve as key contact for support and clarifications.
  • You will participate in the month-end closing activities in close collaboration with our shared service centers regarding the correct execution of intercompany clearing.
  • You will drive error clarifications, reconciliation efforts as well as support in the funding process for highly regulated countries.
  • You will be able to lead or support harmonization projects in different areas of the cash and intercompany management/clearing process, e.g., introduction of standard processes regarding the intercompany clearing or funding including the clearing of legacy intercompany balances.

·       We are looking for someone with an affinity and passion for tools and processes to also support the deployment of our ERP system and other finance and reporting tools with regards to intercompany accounting and invoicing and the Intercompany clearing (ICC) process.

Does this sound good? Our ideal candidate must…

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in Finance & Accounting
  • Display advanced accounting knowledge especially on the field of the intercompany clearing process and consolidation.
  • Self-organization and ability to work with different stakeholders and under time pressure
  • Be proficient with SAP and facility to acquire further system skills and work in different SAP environments
  • Excellent analytical and financial data analysis skills
  • Intercultural sensitivity
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Locations: Plano, TX and Wilsonville, OR Only!

The salary range for this position is $76,500 to $137,700 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.  Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
