We are looking for a Sales Account Orchestrator (m/f/d) to join our growing sales team to help lead the growth of Siemens Digital Industries Software in EMEA.
Your main responsibility will be to engage with our large accounts and look for opportunities in areas where we can add value for our customers. You will be working with a professional team of experienced pre-sales consultants and our professional services team towards closing these opportunities and increasing revenues.
Key Responsibilities:
* As part of the software sales team, you will lead and implement industry focused, consultative and value selling engagements (typically large to enterprise-size companies) through productive business relationships with customers and prospects.
* Use appropriate methods, lead the formation and execution of a cohesive customer sales strategy, to drive the sales cycle and close the deals.
* Build trusted advisor status by communicating knowledgeably with the customer around business challenges and the value of our industrial software solutions to address such with appropriate Return on Investment justification.
* Provide accurate sales forecasting and planning
* Represent Siemens in accordance with our values and expectations
* Participate in (international) events both internal as well as external
Your qualifications:
* You will have a proven track record in successfully closing complex deals in a B2B environment, Ideally within industrial software and ideally within the process industry.
* A passion for sales, with a "never give up" mentality.
* Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to understand and build long term relationships with our key customers.
* Have an ability to have fun while exceeding your targets
* Excellent business communication skills
* Language skills German/English and CEE or Turkish

The total cash compensation range for this position is 319,500 PLN to 575,100 PLN with 40% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target.
