Employer: Siemens Industry Software Inc. Job Title: Scrum Master [MULTIPLE POSITIONS] Job Location: Plano, TX and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Job Type: Full Time Duties: Utilize agile methodologies to facilitate cross-functional and cross-cultural development teams throughout product development processes; Improve research and development processes using Agile/Lean/Kaizen techniques; Conduct daily Scrum standups, sprint reviews, retrospective sessions, and create periodic project progress and survey reports; Facilitate portfolio planning; Conduct Scrum of Scrum among the Scrum Masters, Technical Ambassadors and Architects to scale up Agile project Management among various teams; Help teams with the experience on Scaled Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks; Assist with prioritization and backlog management methods and techniques; Support and coach associates and technical teams on Agile, Scrum, and other adaptive frameworks and methodologies via workshops and interactive sessions; Work with tools like Agility, Jira, Confluence, Concept Board, and MS Projects to deliver and manage Agile project artifacts and metrics; Work with the development team on transforming and architecting the frameworks and architectures, primarily using Microsoft Technologies; Work with the scrum teams towards the transition towards .Net and SQL Server based technologies by using Microsoft .Net frameworks and languages like C#, SQL, and VB.Net; Work with the team on SQL Server performance tuning and mentor the application team to achieve Microsoft .Net best practices and performance boosting; Track and work on development practices to achieve compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC2 standards; Assist with development backlogs to ensure that cybersecurity threats are dispensed in severity order. Requirements: The employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or in a related field and 84 months of experience in the job offered or in a related Engineering occupation. The position requires experience in the following: Conducting Agile coaching sessions and running day to day Scrum ceremonies, such as Daily Scrum stand-ups, Retrospectives, Planning, Backlog refinement; Executing projects using Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies; Working with tools such as Agility, Concept Board and JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Projects, Asana and JIRA, or equivalent tools; Working with products using C#, SQL Server, ASP.Net, Web API, Web Services, and Microsoft-Technology based tools including Visual Studio, SQL Server and Management Studio; Work with teams on SOC and ISO compliance processes; Assisting with cloud service penetration and cyber security testing remediation. 4% domestic and international travel is required.
