Duties: Responsible for driving technical customer experience projects across main SaaS applications. Focus on defining, running, and optimizing the customer experience for the whole X-product portfolio as well as MindSphere. Work closely with experts from Marketing, Service, Product development and Customer Success. Maintain a product improvement backlog for the SaaS flagships and report to senior executive leaders. Responsible for Program Management of customer experience projects for SaaS applications and functional leadership of customer centric project teams. Collect customer feedback and prioritize requirements for product improvements. Project management of all SaaS applications for Customer Success resource planning. Plan, align and define a project deliverable utilizing internal standards and templates/ Contribute to definitions around SaaS go to market and SaaS readiness. Develop and maintain a roadmap for customer experience improvements for SaaS portfolio. Drive improvements for the customer journey for X-products and MindSphere. Prepare and conduct management reporting. Work closely with program management, cross-functional teams, product development engineers, product management, finance and assigned project managers to define and optimize processes for an outstanding customer experience. Manage requirements and user stories to improve every step along the customer journey for SaaS. Work with cross-functional teams to define the SaaS go to market approach and SaaS readiness path. Define and optimize the customer experience journey. Optimization of tech-stack use during the process cycle and implementation into SaaS applications.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Engineering (any), Business Administration, or in a related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. The position requires experience in the following: 5 years of experience in program and project management in a project or program management lead role and experience using MS Project and Smartsheet; Software engineering experience in digital twin technologies extracting data from control layer (PLCs,drives,devices) to MES systems and enterprise layers including SAP, knowledge of Virtual architecture and virtual machines, network and User screen designing; 5 years of experience working in manufacturing/production facilities, specifically working with process automation; Working with global teams and stakeholders, including pitching improvement projects and customer negotiation. Project Management Professional certification is required for this role. 10% of domestic and international travel required.
