Your Challenge …

Can you be a creative and independent domain specialist?

This Services position within the CApS Operations team will be responsible for supporting ITAR customers, Commercial customer engagements, and the competency ramp up for GDN CApS (Mexico Nearshore Center) activities to support deployments on the Cloud.

To be successful, you must have deep deployment knowledge of Teamcenter products and solutions on AWS Cloud in the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio. Additional skills needed include strong communications, structured troubleshooting approach, and mentoring to provide tech guidance. Some travel will be required.

  • Experience of complex PLM solutions
  • Broad understanding of common industry processes and deployment methodologies
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities including Root Cause Analysis.
  • Seeks continuous improvement including automation
  • Drive communication within internal & external team members
  • Great teammate, ability to transfer knowledge, and mentor others
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Work remotely in the United States of America, but able and willing to travel up to 25% (Mexico City Office)

Education, Experience and Knowledge/Skills,

  • BS degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of delivery frameworks and methodologies for a Professional Services organization
  • Strong Teamcenter experience including installation and configuration methodology
  • Teamcenter Installation in a distributed environment on AWS Cloud
  • Teamcenter custom template install using BMIDE
  • Distributed FMS configuration, Dispatcher, Active Workspace
  • NX and SolidEdge CAD (and others: Creo, Catia, SolidWorks) Integration
  • Working experience in Perl/Batch Scripts
  • Experience in leading team members throughout the phases of software implementation projects including definition, installation, configuration, testing, deployment, and postproduction support
  • Leadership of a small/medium size teams, delivery guidance, mentor/guide team members, growth architect competences and bandwidth, decision making, be a trusted advisor for customers and internal partners like CSM
  • Experience working in a customer-facing experience in professional services with related soft skills
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) skills – Intermediate
  • Additional Helpful Skills
  • Experience using programming languages and tools such as Java, JavaScript, Angular JS, React, C++, C#, SQL, VB, XML, HTML, CSS
  • Knowledge in Windows and Linux Servers/OS, Oracle SQL/MySQL Database

The total cash compensation range for this position is $116,100 to $232,100 with 10% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
