Area of responsibility
- We are growing our sales channel team. Searching for qualified partner sales executive candidates who can assist business long-term development.
- Partner with team in the development of strategic business plans to support profitable business growth objectives.Help the revenue through Territory Accounts and/or key business partners using a digital tread approach.
- The product is mainly for Crafting and deploying traffic solutions for bus lanes and doesn't block the box. The infrastructure and equipment deployed typically applies the core systems and products from the systems and Lane watch product portfolio, incorporating unattended ALPR and video analytics and AI edge-based devices.
- Maintains customer relationship independently up to senior management level, and with mentoring executive level.
- Build good values and reputation in company markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies.
- Develops and support channel partners
- Build positive relationships with Channel Solution Partners, Partner Management Execs and Partner Development Execs within a Country/Vertical territory, aligned to SPL Country/Vertical objectives.
- Engaging with key customers regularly and developing partnerships with them, taking note of customer concerns and initiating corrective action to play active role in building company’s image in order to support business growth and ensure customer happiness.
- Works on projects/assignments of low to medium scope.
- Able to work under self management on routine tasks and light supervision on new tasks.
- Develops and implements plans for strategic accounts that helps in revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and customer happiness/dedication.
- Pursues long-term account strategy that improves profits. May identify, develop and handle channel partners to achieve revenue goals.
- Assists in encouraging long-term relationships with the appropriate key account decision makers. Develops a complete understanding of the organizations structure and key buying influences of assigned account.
- Performs client presentations articulating the value proposition of product / solution / service offerings.
- Provides management with suggestions for improving volume, market share and price levels.
- May develop forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for sales channels.

- We are looking for the candidates who are 5+ years working experience in software, hardware, ERP, IT solution or other technical products' selling, ideally selling to Engineering and Manufacturing customers within the China market .Such as Auto parts, Machinery, Electronics and other manufacturing industries.
- Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, Industrial control, Automation or information related majors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience of selling multiple software products e.g. PLM, IoT, CAD, CAE, EDA, Ideally in a hybrid model (SaaS and On-Prem)
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Independence and original thinking whilst putting customers front and centre
- Willing to travel around ShenZhen City
