Join our Digital Industries Software team as Manager Shareholder Governance (m/f/d) - ideally in Munich or anywhere within Germany or Europe - and help us grow our software business by managing a variety of shareholder management topics for our 120+ legal entities across the globe. This position can also be executed in part time (minimum 30 hours / week).

You’ll help our customers drive digital innovation by

  • being part of the dynamic team that acts as the central point of contact for any shareholder related topics within DI SW and our bridge into the corporate shareholder controlling team
  • using your financial expertise, you will help to coordinate various equity measures such as dividend strategy and capital contributions and ensure its timely execution
  • your view of the big picture helps you to support and drive strategic legal entity initiatives from an accounting perspective in close alignment with other workstreams
  • playing a key role in coordinating and performing legal entity valuations for various situations, e.g. goodwill impairment testing, legal entity mergers and transfers
  • supporting to form the future IP landscape for DI SW in alignment with other key stakeholders
  • you will also get the chance to participate in the M&A process and subsequently manage the integration of newly acquired businesses into our accounting & treasury processes


What do you need to realize what matters.

  • Being interested in the challenge of working in a dynamic and fast paced international environment
  • Having a finance/accounting degree, with a minimum of 8 years relevant work experience in a similar finance/accounting role / CPA, MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Displaying strong financial, accounting and valuation knowledge, strong analytical skills, and business judgment with good attention to detail
  • Demonstrating strong project management expertise paired with self-determination and strategic judgment
