Senior M&A Project Manager - 308289

Position Overview:

As part of our Investment Planning and Execution (IP&E) team, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to support our end-to-end M&A process.

The candidate will support and drive the Integration of newly acquired companies within DI SW as well as onboarding of Internal Integrations.  Additionally, the candidate would be involved in the continuous improvement of our tools and processes.

The IP&E team is responsible for end-to-end M&A within DI SW, reporting into the Finance organization. 

Reporting line to Senior Director of Finance (IP&E). 

Number of members of the team: 10.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for Integration projects within DI SW / SISW.


Key activities:

- Project management on complex Integration projects

- Ensure learnings from projects are incorporated in our Integration Playbooks

- Support Next Gen of tools and processes

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • B.S. Degree in Finance / Business or similar
  • Project management experience (4+ years)
  • Technical knowledge in Digital tools / ecosystem
  • Travel – estimated around 10-25%
  • Ability to learn

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Emphasis on cross functional teaming, fast learning and adaptability. Analytical, presentation & personable skills are highly relevant.
  • US candidates preferred, also open to candidates that would consider relocation if project would require it.

The salary range for this position is $155,900 to $280,600 USD and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
