About the role:

The Digital Media Customer Success Associate is a role that serves as a liaison to the larger customer success team and is responsible for managing internal relationships across a matrixed organization including advertising operations, sales, and customer support to execute and manage the overall operations of the end-to-end customer lifecycle. You are the heartbeat of the customer success team, which requires someone with great people skills, a sense of urgency, aptitude for good decision making and problem solving. From day one, you will roll up your sleeves, be ready to learn and bring your previous experience to the team to increase customer satisfaction, retention, expansion of our footprint and become a part of a great team.

Responsibilities:

● Own the customer success team reporting needs and ability to influence the process to improve what we deliver to customers

● Partner with customer success, advertising operations and sales to craft quarterly business review documents

● Actively support internal teammates to ensure a high level of performance across the entire organization while driving ongoing process improvements

● Ability to retain and maintain detailed customer knowledge of active eCommerce and media spend to support execution of programs and communication to internal and external stakeholders

● Flexibility to increase or change responsibilities as the business requires to support growth

Role requirements and skills:

● 4-year degree required with a marketing focus preferred

● 1-3 years in a customer-facing digital media services management or client services/support role

● Experience in the electronic component industry and/or electrical engineering background with familiarity of electronic device evaluation and selection process or understanding of procurement and buying process is preferred, but not required

● Customer service focus – we serve a wide variety of customers, both internal and external, and building relationships is a part of our culture

● A strong work ethic with an appreciation for ownership, independence, accountability, and autonomy in your role

● Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM systems, Word, PowerPoint, Excel

● Strong organizational skills including demonstrated ability to effectively organize and prioritize workload and manage in a multi-task environment.

● Strong communication skills (including telephone, e-mail, and presentations skills) and the ability to communicate accurate information

● Solid analytic skills, comfortable working with technical information, and a high attention to detail

● Travel to customer meetings as needed or office locations if remote, but no more than 10% throughout a given year
