Enterprises across multiple industries have variety of PLM, IT & OT data and processes distributed in multiple systems. They need to bring these together and understand the information in context of each other, via digital threads.

To support this growth, we are looking for an experienced & seasoned field enablement lead who possesses a strong blend of sales, field & customer engagement experience, technical acumen, & communication skills to perform the right enablement of the product offerings.

Your Responsibilities:

You will actively collaborate & coordinate with Product management, Marketing, Portfolio Development & R&D organizations across multiple business segments and partners in a matrix setup, to achieve the following for the Data Hub Integration Portfolio

·       Create a Center of Excellence to build and deliver Best Practices Playbook with Prescriptive guidance on use of specific products from the Data Hub Portfolio with example use-cases, art-of-possible, demos, and other collateral

·       Enable the field functionally & technically to best position the Data Hub portfolio offerings for sales and customer success; at multiple levels (Portfolio, Pre-Sales, Sales, Solution Architecture, Services)

·       Communicate direction to stakeholders in a timely, effective, and clear fashion; leveraging the collateral generated by the Center of Excellence & Go-to-Market initiative, for internal & external messaging

·       Create & execute a strong communication plan, including Newsletters, Webinars, eLearning

·       Bring in field feedback to Product Managers, GTM lead and Marketing manager, to make sure that the collateral and G2M strategies address and reflects the market needs

·       As an SME, provide Customer engagement support to the sales organization

·       Support monitoring of large & special customer engagements


·       Bachelor's Degree

·       5+ years of relevant professional experience in field enablement

·       A deep, technical understanding of technology concepts such as Cloud, Integration, multi-tier distributed architecture, enterprise software, SaaS and related

·       Web/Cloud Technology Experience

·       5+ years Cross Organization engagement & Ability to interface with internal and external customers of varying technical abilities (Development, Marketing, Sales, Services, Partners, etc.)

·       Superior verbal and written communications skills with high attention to detail including precise and effective communications

·       Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

·       An understanding and experience of integration landscapes, data & process governance, modern enterprise data architectural patterns

·       Deep industrial knowledge and experience in one or more sectors; Enterprise / IT, PLM, OT

·       Presales and or Services technical experience is ideal, as the role will involve working a lot with our pre-sale’s & services teams

The salary range for this position is $116,900 to $210,400 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.  Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
