Job Title: CalCM Product Manager [MULTIPLE POSITIONS] Job Location: Fremont, CA Job Type: Full Time Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Fremont, CA is $149,094 – 225,800 per year and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: The CalCM Product Manager will perform the following duties: gather inputs for execution and management of production tapeouts and products into an automated tapeout production environment; articulate and synthesize all inputs into a product strategy and priorities for engineering to better satisfy customer’s product needs; coordinate roadmaps and collaborate with individual functional element represented in the tool portfolio – like DRC, OPC, OPC verification, MPC and MDP; protect and grow revenues with the product line; develop and maintain product roadmaps and positioning, customer presentations, and other collateral and promotional material to communicate the current and planned value and capabilities of the product line; work with cross-functional product teams in an ongoing process of product planning and release; partner with Product Marketing Director to identify and analyze industry technology trends to ensure product plans gain business potential and maintain value of EDA and technology leadership in semiconductor development and manufacturing; and encourage and drive innovation in the field. Requirements: The position requires a Master's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or in a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. The position requires experience in the following: Mask and semiconductor manufacturing industries; Mask data preparation and tapeout flow operations; Calibre DRC, OPC/RET, MDP, or equivalent tools; C/C++, Python, TCL or any high level programming language; LINUX operating system and shell scripting; High Performance Computing environment with job scheduler (such as LSF or grid), and Cloud / Container use cases; HPC concepts, such as distributed processing, multi-threading, modern computer architecture, and system components including network and storage; Customer engagement and project leadership; Prior experience conveying technical concepts and leading discussions for requirement gathering and prioritization. 10% domestic and international travel is required. 60% telecommuting within commutable distance is permitted.
